Distributed Coordination of Charging Stations Considering Aggregate EV Power Flexibility

In recent years, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations have witnessed rapid growth. However, effective management of is challenging due to individual EV owners' privacy concerns, competing interests different stations, and the coupling distribution network constraints. To cope with this challenge, paper proposes a two-stage scheme. first stage, aggregate power flexibility region derived by solving an optimization problem. We prove that any trajectory within obtained corresponds at least one feasible dispatch strategy. By submitting instead detailed data station operator, can be preserved computational burden reduced. second distributed coordination mechanism clear physical interpretation developed considering AC flow based proposed converges centralized optimum.
